It’s easy to get confused when purchasing a mini quad, after all, many models look similar, 4 wheels and a 49cc engine, what can be different?

You should be aware the build quality and parts quality is very important to how much maintenance is required.

This mini quad has been specified for quality and reliability, Improvements specified over standard mini quads include –

Three Disc Brakes – Two front disk brakes and an independent rear disk brake for safety.

Higher Grade Wheel Bearings – This gives a much longer life to the bearings and allows the bike to handle the weight of your children as they grow without regular replacement.

Longer Wearing Tyres – Higher grade tyres give better grip and reduce the number of changes required.

Rear Axle Safety Cover & Strengthening Bar – Steel cover of the rear axle protecting children from the moving parts and giving more handling stability.

High Quality Suspension – Three high grade shock absorbers giving a smoother ride and weight management. Weight Limit 60kg, over 9st.

High Grade Easy Start Engine Pull Cord – The longest lasting quality pull cord available.

Steel Frame – Chromoly steel frame. The same material used in much higher priced vehicles.

Adult Control – Restrictable throttle for speed control.

Safety and Design – Not only CE approved but also MIRA tested to UK standards.

Finish - High quality moulded finish complete with decals, rear foot protecters and painted stainless tipped exhaust.

This product requires simple assembly of Bull bar, Wheels, Handlebars, Front suspension & Chain Guard. All Bolts and fastenings should be checked thoroughly on assembly and before every use.

A mechanically able person will be required to carry out the assembly and long term maintenance of this product. As with any petrol engine vehicle mini quad type products require consistent maintenance and you will be required to service the engine and fit parts to this product as usage requires. We strongly recommend that should you not have these skills or know a competent person who can help, you do not purchase this item. Funbikes does offer a FREE support line where our mechanics will diagnose any problems and help you source any required parts, but you will be required to fit those parts and assist in the diagnosis.
